Early registrations must be made no later than June 30, 2018 (Korean standard time). On-line registration is highly recommended to all participants for ICOPA 2018 through the official website. Participants who register before June 30, 2018 will benefit from the reduced registration fee.

Student registration has to be validated through a Student ID card or a letter of confirmation from the Department/Faculty. Please send it to the secretariat office at firstname.lastname@example.org after online registration process.
All prices are quoted in USD or KRW. Payment in any other currency will not be accepted.
Registrations received without payment will not be processed or confirmed until payment has been received in full.

Visa, Master Card and JCB are the only credit cards accepted. Please enter all relevant information on the registration form. It is also imperative that the name of the credit card holder is clearly stated if it differs from the name of the registrant. Please note that your monthly credit card statement will indicate your payment made to Eximbay.
Bank charges are the responsibility of the participant and should be paid in addition to registration fees. The bank transfer must clearly state the name of the participant, as unidentified bank transfers cannot be processed. Participants are also requested to send a copy of the bank remittance receipt with their name to the ICOPA 2018 secretariat.
Registration will be acknowledged by e-mail within minutes after submitting the online form. Registration forms not accompanied by the appropriate payment will not be honored until full
payment is received. We Strongly recommend presenting the confirmation letter upon arrival at the onsite pre-registration desks in order to collect your name badge and conference materials in the most
efficient manner possible.
