Online Hotel Reservation

There are various hotels and hostels in Daegu. We are pleased to announce that we provide accommodation with special rate for ICOPA 2018 participants.
In order to secure the rooms, it is highly recommended that participants book their rooms during the reservation periods below. Please note that shuttle bus will be organized between the hotels listed below and the congress venue during the ICOPA 2018 periods. Detailed schedule will be announced later.

Reservations Process

  1. Making a reservation via website.
  2. Receiving email reservation confirmation form.
  3. Sending Email () of valid credit card information written in the reservation confirmation form within 24hours.
  4. Receive email Hotel Voucher.

** Please note that the voucher will be used when you arrive at hotel.
The credit card info. provided will be used only for securing your room and handling cancellation charge indicated above. Full payment will be made when you arrive at the hotel directly to the hotel.

Cancellation Policy

  1. Cancellation should be informed by e-mail to the Secretariat in advance.
  2. Cancellation request by July 31, 2018 : No cancellation penalty
  3. Cancellation request from August 1, 2018 & *No-show: Full payment will be charged
    (*No-show: When guests do not check-in without any notice in advance)
